Marketing & Business Development Manager - Tel Aviv

The Floor is a technology platform headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel, powering the future of finance by partnering with the largest banks around the globe and pushing the boundaries of digital transformation.

We are building a SaaS platform that empowers tier-1 banks to optimize their technology stack and streamline the digital transformation process while solving banking business challenges and accelerating time to market. 

About the Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join The Floor’s business team as a Marketing & Business Development Manager/Lead.

Main duties include working closely with the Chief Business Officer on all business/marketing initiatives, aimed at promoting The Floor’s platform globally, both with current clients and new prospects, engaging in new partnerships and opportunities as well as creating and implementing a marketing strategy. 

What You'll Do

  • Contacting existing and potential clients and partners, arranging meetings and leading full cycle process

  • Planning and overseeing all marketing and PR initiatives

  • Conducting research on new business opportunities and markets

  • Increasing value for current clients while seeking new expansion opportunities

  • Attending and actively participating in meetings with clients/prospects

  • Creating new marketing opportunities and also representing the company in ecosystem events, industry led conferences and the like

  • Developing business proposals and marketing materials for clients

  • Supporting negotiations and commercial discussions

  • Partnering closely with The Floor’s teams to develop and deliver a stellar value proposition for our clients

  • Enhancing the entire sales process from a-z including managing a pipeline that matches business goals, including estimating and establishing cost parameters, budgets, campaigns, and potential ROI


Who You are

  • At least 3 years of proven track record in business development, sales and marketing

  • Excellent organizational and execution skills for C-level

  • Strong experience working in a SaaS environment with cross functional teams

  • Top notch presentation skills and ability to convey key messages/information clearly to diverse audiences

  • Native written and spoken English (other European languages a strong advantage)

  • Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

  • Seniority Mid-Level; Reporting to Chief Business Officer


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous relevant international experience in banking/Fintech industry/SaaS data products

  • An eagerness to work in a fast-paced, delivery driven startup environment ​
